With our Delkevic Racing team putting in some strong performances at recent meetings, this inspired our very own UK branch manager, Chris Spooner to dig out his leathers and go racing again (after a 7 year lay-off) on a Delkevic supported CB500, which was very kindly donated by Simon Colclough at THE MOTORBIKE MOVER, who can take care of all your motorcycle transport needs.

Chris's first outing was to be at Mallory Park for the 4th round of the Thundersport GB series, surely to be a baptism of fire! Once the nerves had settled after qualifying, he got down to business and bagged 4 class wins in the cup race.

Carl Vickers was also racing on his Golden Era supersport R6 and had some difficulty finding his flow initially after having a recent spell of crashes (mostly not his fault) and some bike issues. It all came together for Carl in the end with a great result in the last race of the weekend, bagging some valuable championship points which puts him 8th in the standings.

For the full race reports, please visit the Delkevic Racing facebook page where you can follow all our riders and keep up to date with latest events, progress reports and even watch the race highlights!

Both Chris's CB500 and Carl's R6 are running the Delkevic 343mm X-oval titanium silencer.
