Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service: whilst the overwhelming majority (over 99%) of parcels will arrive to these schedules, there may be problems with the occasional order that prevent it being despatched in time for next day delivery.

The couriers will attempt to obtain a signature or leave the parcel in a safe place like a neighbours. If they are unable to do this, a calling card will be left to inform you of the attempted delivery. Couriers will generally make two attempts of delivery, after this time it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from the local delivery depot near you. Delkevic Ltd accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers.

Important notice to all EU customers

Our warehouse is based in the UK and if the goods are being shipped inside the EU, the VAT is now to be paid by the customer prior to delivery. When prompted, your regional VAT must be paid to the courier, who are collecting the VAT on behalf of your government. Additional service charges may apply depending on your region.

By submitting your order, you agree and accept to pay these regional charges. Failure to make the required payment will result in the parcel being returned and your order cancelled. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund when processed. Please be certain that you understand these terms and conditions before placing your order. Communication between our courier and customer is essential, so please ensure that correct contact details are supplied when ordering to help us deliver your parcel in the shortest time possible. Again, failure to submit correct contact details can result in a non-delivery and lead to the parcel being returned, at which point you will be refunded with shipping costs deducted.
