Important notice to all EU customers

Our warehouse is based in the UK and if the goods are being shipped inside the EU, the VAT is now to be paid by the customer prior to delivery. When prompted, your regional VAT must be paid to the courier, who are collecting the VAT on behalf of your government. Additional service charges may apply depending on your region.

By submitting your order, you agree and accept to pay these regional charges. Failure to make the required payment will result in the parcel being returned and your order cancelled. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund when processed. Please be certain that you understand these terms and conditions before placing your order.

Communication between our courier and customer is essential, so please ensure that correct contact details are supplied when ordering to help us deliver your parcel in the shortest time possible. Again, failure to submit correct contact details can result in a non-delivery and lead to the parcel being returned, at which point you will be refunded with shipping costs deducted.
